If you're making finished items for personal use (ie using purchased items in a manner that has no potential monetary gain and NOT related to any business, non-profit, or other organisation of any kind) you can make as many of them as you like. All purchased Items may be used in an unlimited number of Personal Use Projects.

If you want to make handmade cards you have personally individually made, to sell for charity or for yourself on a small local scale (up to 10 of each card design) this is also fine. You are allowed to sell them at local events, at schools, and for charitable purposes - BUT you are not allowed to sell them commercially on Etsy or any other online selling platforms.
