HOW CAN I USE THE ARTWORK?

PERSONAL USE/CHARITY/LOCAL FAIRS
If you're making finished items for personal use (ie using purchased items in a manner that has no potential monetary gain and NOT related to any business, non-profit, or other organisation of any kind) you can make as many of them as you like. All purchased Items may be used in an unlimited number of Personal Use Projects. If you want to make handmade cards you have personally coloured, to sell for charity or for yourself on a small local scale (up to 10 of each card design) this is also fine. You are allowed to sell them at local events, at schools, and for charitable purposes - BUT NOT commercially on Etsy or any other selling platforms. If you want to do this you need to purchase a license. See below for more details.

COMMERCIAL USE
If you want to sell your own designs made incorporating this image, please purchase one of our Commercial Use Licenses PER design, letting us know which image you would like it to relate to.
We sell them singly, in sets of 5, 10, or for the whole shop depending on how many of the images you want to use - remember they get much better value the more you buy.

WHAT IF I ALREADY OWN THE IMAGE AND WANT TO USE IT COMMERCIALLY?

WHAT CAN I SELL/MAKE?

You can use this image to make and sell your own FINISHED PRODUCTS. You CANNOT use this image to make kits, clipart, artwork, or crafting items to sell on to others to make their own finished products in any way - actual or digital. The only exception is for machine embroidery files - these can be sold on to others but only to a maximum of 200 designs per license (Please contact us if you wish to sell more).

You can make all the ideas listed below up to a number of 500 items of each. If you are interested in Mass Production - over 500 items please get in touch about our Mass Production License.

ACTUAL FINISHED PRODUCTS - You can make and sell most FINISHED products such as:

Printed Stationery/Small Gifts: Greetings Cards, Art Prints, Wall Art, Notelets, Notebooks, Mobile Phone Cases, Key rings, Photo albums, Photo Books, Baby Books, Pencil Cases, Stickers, Jigsaws, Partyware (Invitations, Thank you's, Paper plates, cups, balloons, bunting, etc)

Home Decor: Coasters, Clocks, Mugs, Table Cloths, Fabric by the Metre, Cushions, Duvets, Bags, etc

Clothing: T shirts, Babywear, etc

DIGITAL PRODUCTS

When making any digital products, you MUST use this artwork as part of an original, brand new design incorporating other artwork, text, images, etc and the final product MUST be sold in a flattened format so our image cannot be extracted.

You can make finished digital greetings cards, invitations, logos, letterheads, etc to sell on or to order - these MUST be finished products - they CANNOT be sold as digital kits/items that others make new items with.


CRAFT ITEMS

The ONLY craft items you can make using this image are:

Finished Hand Made Greetings Cards, Finished Scrapbooks, or Hand Made Gifts, etc as long as they are all made singly by yourself. Mass productions is prohibited.

Machine Embroidery Files - You may turn this image into machine embroidery files for your own use and sell finished sewn products up to 500 units per license. If you are making Machine Embroidery files to sell these must ONLY be provided in the machine embroidery format - NO JPEGS, or other graphics can be supplied and you may only sell up to 200 of each design per license - if you wish to sell more, please contact us.

Screens for Screen Printing - You may turn the images into Screens for your own use and sell the finished Screen Printed Products but you may not sell finished Screens for others to use. You MAY NOT sell this image or artwork to others to make screens from.

WHAT CAN'T I SELL/MAKE COMMERCIALLY?

You cannot sell the files themselves, or convert them into other crafting or design files to sell to others. You MUST make a finished item, such as a greetings card, art print, mug, invitation, t-shirt etc.

You CANNOT make Actual or Digital Crafting Products such as Digi Stamps, Digital Scrapbooking Kits, Digital Backing Papers, Actual Rubber/Polymer Stamps, Actual Scrapbooking Products, Actual Backing Paper Pads, Topper Sheets or any other type of Card Making or crafting supplies.

You also CANNOT make digital or actual embroidery or cross stitch kits or charts except for Machine Embroidery Files. You can however sell finished embroidered pictures or gifts that you have personally made using this image.

BUYERS INFORMATION:

After receipt of your payment, please allow 24 hours to receive your image (it's usually available to you within a few minutes!). The digital stamp will be emailed as a black and white line art image to you to the email address you provide.

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns or give refunds due to the digital nature of these products.
